Do any of you currently reload BOTH of these cartridges? Need some help...

I don't load either, but, if you ask your question maybe we can get you the help you seek. These two are some serious mag rounds. What help is it that you are looking for? |

I have not loaded for the 500 but I have worked on the 300wsm some.these loads were worked up in a masuer 98 action with a 28 in barrel, so work up in your rifle.with RL-19 170gr match 66.0grs,same for the168 and 180 bullets.But when RL17 came out it really got going:130gr-69.3rl-17,same charge for the 150 gr bullet.68.0gr rl-17 165gr match,180 bullet rl-17 66.0,same for the 190gr bullet.the 130 vel was 3375,170 vel was 3154,168 vel was 3124,190 vel was 3019,180 vel was 3053.Just for kicks I loaded some 90gr xtp bullets with 68grs of rl-19 vel was 3539 and shot dime holes at 100 yrds.Hope this gives you some help.Good Luck
