marlin smith?

Whats the problem with it? If its less than 5 years old, its under warranty too....

hey wild, it's from the first run of 41mags back in the 80's. when you work the lever the rounds in the mag tube come out and bind up the action. also some times the hammer falls to half cock(?) while cycling the action
