So, tell us again why you are pulling these rounds apart? What is the COAL you've used? Are the finished cartridges just to tight in the magazine? Are these precision rounds or range rounds? Have you ever measured the chamber depth in your rifle? What bullet are you using? Are the loads compressed?
What I'm getting at is the possibility that the bullets might be seated just a tiny bit more for proper cambering before you take everything apart.

Every once in a while the cup on the priming arm will catch on the shellholder and the primer will turn sideways or flip completely backwards and get pressed into the case. I just use eyes, ears, gloves and a Lee decapper die to gently remove the ruined primer.
