What is the best type of hearing protection to wear while participating in a CAS event?

Thanks

Just regular ear plugs due to the cowboy hats.

There are also wrap-around muffs designed to be worn with hats and I'm seeing more and more folks using the custom-molded plugs.

I gotta go with the plugs. I bought a tub of them and stapled a dozen or so packages inside my gun cart. That way I know where there is always a pair and that is one less thing I need to make sure I have the morning of a shoot.
