What is your "best buy" gun? - Page 6

Two come to my mind:
My SU16C, NIB for a little over $400, in early '08, right at the start of the Obama gun frenzy, and
An S&W .45 ACP Hand Ejector (civ M1917) a few months ago for right at $300.

Bought a Mi 30 carbine which was a stolen and recovered firearm from the insurance co. for 30.00 in the mid 70s

Best purchase was a like new not a scratch Remington 700 BDL 7mm mag w/ Leupold VXII 4-12x40mm scope at a pawnshop for 425.00.The best 425.00 I spent it's brought home a few elk and countless whitetail.

So far my bestbuy gun is my newly acquired Mosin M44 for $150. Cheap, reliable, and has a lot of history.

Best buy.........hmmmmmm
a few weeks ago i found a 1934 czech VZ-24 with rampant lion crest intact and unsporterized for $120. I cant think of any pistol i've turned around and sold for a profit at all. At same pawnshop i found a 1953 Tula sks for $199. And an unissued bulgarian makarov with holster, 2 mags and cleaning rod for $160.
