Today I placed an internet order for an SP101 speedloader from http://www.5starfirearms.com. I just got an email from the company saying the following:

Thank you for your recent purchase of one 9mm/SP101 Conversion Speed Loader. Due to our lack of inventory of the 9mm/SP101 speed loaders, you will be receiving a custom speed loader with a complimentary pearl inlay.

Your item will be shipped on May 5, 2010 via First Class US Mail.

Thank you for your business!

That's great customer service! They were out of stock of the one I ordered, so they are sending me a better one for the same money.
