The tube broke off and the threaded end is still in the gun?

Several options.
One, try to borrow or rent a LARGE screw extractor.
Tap, (not beat) the extractor into the tube and turn it out.

Two, use a SHARP center punch to reach into the tube, and tap with a hammer. The sharp punch will "dig in" and you may be able to get the tube to turn.

Three, make up a extractor from a section of steel or aluminum plate.
Taper the plate and sharpen the edges. Tap the plate into the tube so the sharp edges grip, and turn it out.

Four, get a piece of wooden dowel rod and epoxy it into the broken off section. Use the rod to turn the tube.

Five, take it to a pro gunsmith for extraction.
