Night Vision Armasight Orion 5x

I recently purchased an Armasight Orion 5x from Optics Planet. My question is: How will it stand up to the recoil of a Malin 336 xlr Lever Action 30/30 using 160gr Hornady LEVERevolution? Should I stick with standard 30/30 ball? Should I even mount this thing on a Marlin L/A or put it on somthing with less recoil. I don't want to damage the scope, but I have a few HOGS than need to be delt with on my Fathers farm in Florida...

Most rifle NV scopes I have come across will handle up to .308 and some will handle a lot more, but likely not the budget scopes. Contact Armasight to be sure if the scope can handle.
