FTF deal w/NJ FFL dealer employee?
I know FTF sales of handguns is illegal in NJ. The buyer of my SP101 says he is a "pink card employee" of an NJ FFL holder.
Is there a legal way to do a FTF transaction with him or am I to ship it to his shop as usual? |

as he is NOT the FFL holder it needs to go to the shop. the "pinky" doesn't allow him to do transfers without supervision of the license holder. I would be suspicious of the deal as anyone that works for an FFL knows this.
