Yes there is, there is actually a lot. Try using this website and find out if any would work for you:

Reloader 15 or varget
Both Reloader 15 and Varget could work with the right bullets. I load 55 in .556 with both and I use 130 and 150 grain bullets with both powders in 06. I prefer Reloader 15.

The great thing about the old aught-six is it's not too hard to make happy.
IMR 4895 would be another choice not yet mentioned... and even W748, my favorite .223 powder, can easily be pressed into service in your 30-06, as its burn rate is in the vicinity of the 4064, Varget, and RL-15. Dan

Any powder in the 4895 to 4064 burn rate will be appropriate for both if you stick with heavier bullets for 223 and mid range bullet weights for 30-06.
For heavy bullets for the 30-06 (over 180 grains) you might want something in the 4350 range, and for light bullets (under 55 grains) in the 223 something in the 4198 range. There are a lot of good powders in that burn range. Jimro
