Crow and Pigeon (maybe coyote) 12 gauge

I have a Browning 弥勒 A5 for the game birds, but with family on the farm, a non-game bird shotgun with room for more ammo seems like a good purchase. I have shot the A5, an 870, the Mossberg Maverick and 500, and other semi and pump actions. I don't know if I want to put an extension on an A5

So I was looking for an up to shotgun for crow and pigeon, and if possible, monetarily, the ability to shoot 3" and mount an optic. The Stoeger 2000 has been in the back of my mind for a while, but I am honestly open to any suggestions. Not knowing the market, I can't really set a price range.

As you know the common pump / autos have a 4 round mag. From your post you want a higher mag capacity. Remington pumps & autos are easy to find extensions for.

People doing 3 gun matches like high mag capacity, so search for their ideas. You are going to seriously alter the swing dymanics of the gun by putting on an extension. This works ok for shooting stationary targets, but not so good for aerial fast moving targets.

The A5 has two barrels, short and long so I was thinking using the short with the extension, and the long without. Wouldn't be exact, but would be closer than nothing.
