Ruger MKIII 22/45 JAMMED UP TIGHT

Pistol was pretty clean. Had fired flawlessly a hundred rounds or so since cleaning. Fired one round last night. Bolt came back and ejected casing. It is locked up tight and never went forward to reload. Bolt has no fore and aft play what so ever. Trigger does not seem engaged at all. Is this a sear jam? How to fix?
Thanks in advance...
Brent

Fixed it....

I had tightened up a loosening screw/plug in a threaded hole for a scope rail.
It protruded into the bolt causing a bind...

Good to know you got it fixed and that it was an easy fix. I was watching this thread just in case mine ever did that.
