Mike, I agree with your comments. That's almost always been the issue when comparing a top quality match barrel to a standard factory barrel when comparing a load for accuracy. Not to mention how each rifle was assembled and all its parts fit together properly for best accuracy.

Note, though, that my 99 and my 722 are both factory stock guns.

One load I developed for the 99 shot better in my 722, but two others I developed for the 99 shot MUCH worse in the 722.
