H&R 939 .22cal revolver

Looking for ideas as why the cylinder wont rotate when trigger pulled back.The lever spring asm has been replaced but not enough pressure to rotate cylinder now.im sure i put something together wrong but after many take downs and re assemblys it just wont turn.Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks
