327 Federal Mag
Well as I stated in the revolver section I picked up a New Blackhawk in the 327 Fed Mag flavor. I want to reload this round. I am up to speed on reloading it with brass and bullets but what I want to know is : How do you reload with cast bullets ? Do I need special dies or is it the same procedure as loading regular bullets? I see you can buy 500 bulk packs already made cast bullets reasonably priced just not sure if I need anything special. I don't want to cast my own I would rather purchase the bulk packs. Hope I didn't ramble on too much. Steve

327 Mag
I started re-loading for this cartridge a couple of years ago. Purchased 200 rounds of American Eagle 100 grain JSPs to get some brass. I shoot it in the Ruger NMBH as well as a USFA 327 Mag/32WCF convertible. I prefer the Oregon Trail 115 grain RNFP sized .313 over about 3.5 grains W-231. For a hotter load try 10 grains or so of 2400 with a 100 grain JSP/JHP. Is an accurate caliber but makes a lot of noise!

Nothing special needed for lead bullets. Make sure you bell the case mouth enough to let bullet start into case so it will not shave lead. Seat and crimp in 2 seperate operations. This will prevent shaving lead also.
