First hunt with smoke pole
Took my ML along with my Savage 220F to a farm I hunt yotes at yesterday. Wasn't sure id actually use it but I figured the chances were better if it was in the blind instead of the safe.

Damn phone.
I took four with the 220 then decided to pick up the wildcat. It took a while to line up a clean shot but finally got one broadside at 125yds. Can't post pic from phone. I'll throw one up when I get home. Sent from my SCH-I510 using Tapatalk 2 |

Impressive shot, especially with open sights.

Thanks. I'm actually enjoying knowing I won't get a second shot. It's helping me take better shots with shotgun and rifle.

Nice shot. Guess you're not worried about small holes in the pelt....

Wow, what kind of bullet was it? That is pretty deadly.

How manageable is the recoil? I have only shot the shock waves with 80grs of 777.

Good Grief! That really did leave quite a mark!
Did you have to adjust much for drop at 125 yards? |
