Friendship 2013
Just got back from a week at the NMLRA National Muzzleloading Shoot at
Friendship Indiana. This was their 80th year shoot. Wife won the Women's Pistol Championship for the 9th time. Also won the 25 shot 50 yd match. I got lucky and took the "As Issue" Revolver Championship. I'm getting too Old for this, I got very tired. I'm 70 and just don't walk too good. Wife's had To post all my targets. But we had fun. I used my old Euroarms Remington . Daughter is getting into her music more and just fiddled around. Had Fun!! |

Great photos and congrats on the fine shooting to you all. You have shorts on so the weather must have been pleasant. As Pahoo said, it sure brings back memories. I don't believe I've been to Friendship for about ten years now . . . I miss all of it . . . the sheep sheds, the shooting, the music at night (I also play fiddle) and the smell of burnt powder and campfires at night. Just a great relaxing experience for sure. Glad you all had a great time and thanks for sharing!

Congrats to you and the wife. That medal ration between you two is about what my wife and I had at one time.
Good pics. I recognized Smitty right away. Didn't know he did music. He sure is amazing with the engraving. |
