holster question

here is the problem, I'm a big guy, (43 plus inch waist), and I wear my pants down low on my hips (thats just always where they go). as a result, holsters ride very low. sugestions? comment? help?

(carrying small frame auto)

I wear my pants around my hips too.I have a 36" waist but find that any quality IWB holster will still work.
