Beretta 92fs compact or full size

I am looking to purchase a new Beretta...I already own the Centurion but am interested in getting the inox 92fs compact or full size...I need the gun that has the least amount of recoil....any suggestions....
I am looking for 100% accuracy...I love the inox look...
