Is a Winchester Model 1892 Takedown a rare gun? Is it value higher than a non takedown standard 1892 rifle in the same caliber and condition?

Hard Ball, with an original Winchester Model 1892, standard rifle versus takedown version in the same caliber & condition, the takedown version will have about a 15%-25% premium. Hope this helps!
