Nikon Prostaff Rimfire Classic

I purchase this scope for my Marlin 925 .22m, but I was wondering if this could also be used for center fire rifles as well?

It could be, but generally rimfire scopes are factory set to be paralax free at 50 yards. Centerfire is set much longer, or is adjustable.
