ATV Regs here in MN are very strict and need to be. There is very little more irritating than an ATV while hunting.
I hunt in a non-motorized area in CO and love having to never hear one. Yes it is a personal thing, but I prefer quiet. One of my 1st experiences with atv's was when a family member brought one hunting and was going to help me pull a nice buck out of a swamp. well it didn't work, it broke down and we had to drag it out also.
