Best Scope under $50?

I would like something available at dickssportinggoods.com that has good magnification and is easily adjusted. It will be placed on a .22 rimfire rifle.

I would also prefer that it would be a 3-9x.

With all due respect, you would be better off by putting Saran Wrap over the ends of an toilet paper roll and taping it to your gun than buying a sub $50 scope at Dicks

Well Alaska, considering I am putting it on a .22 rifle that will get a lot of wear and tear, I don't want an expensive scope. I only want to buy it at dicks because I have a $50 gift card.

Bushnell Banners are a little more expensive ~$80, but below $50 is wasting coin; especially if it gets a lot of wear and tear.
