Inserting images directly into post

I'm working on another post, and I can't seem to figure out how to post images directly into post. The images I want to put in are way too big to post as attachments, so how do I directly insert images into the post?

... and the images have to be uploaded to a picture hosting site.

However, if an image is too large to upload as an attachment, you can usually downsize it with any of the image processing applications or sites. For example, MS Paint or IrfanView.com.

Best tool for sizing Pictures is Irfanview. It sizes the Picture. Then load it up on TFL and copy the link and paste it in this ( insert Image button ). Then the Picture is "inline" in the post.

Very easy once you use the free Software Irfanview. If you do not dowsize the Pictures you get constant hassle for failed upload due to oversized photos. I just recommend Irfanview.
