AR-15 Trigger job

I am looking for details on doing a trigger job on my AR. What serfaces get stoned ant what angle, etc.?

I'd consider something like the Rock River 2-stage trigger, I picked it up for $80. It's a great trigger, and I didn't have to file up a thing.

I am sure that is the way I will go, (that our a JP, Jewel etc.) But I would first like to screw up my factory trigger with a stone and gain some experiance (hopfully). And If I get it right all the better.

I've seen posted more than once, though I have no actual experience with it, that the heat treating on the trigger components of the AR is very thin. If you take much material off, assuming you didn't turn it into a machine gun, the trigger job may not last that long.
