Best Scope for a 308 Win?

I recently purchased a Savage 110FP in 308 Winchester and I want to scope it up. Right now it is dawning a BSA Fine-plex 6-24 scope, which will do the job, but I want something better.

I want to know what the absolute best scope there is for the money with the following conditions:

Mil-Dot Reticle
External Adjustment Turrets for Windage and Elevation
Side Adjustment for AO
No less the 5-15x for adjustable and 10x for fixed

I have looked at BSA, Bushnell 3200 and Super Sniper, who else is out there that makes quality glass like this? So far I would have to say Bushnell or Super Sniper are in close running, but BSA makes some good looking stuff for the price.

What do you think?

Bushnell, Super Sniper and Leupold will give good bang for the buck, but if you're talking absolute best regardless of cost then you're looking at US Optics or Schmidt and Bender. These scopes are in a completely different category from the ones above, both in performance and price.
