Frontier brass

I just found a BUNCH of old Frontier .270 brass my dad apparently stashed away years ago. I plan on reloading it and necking some of it down to .25-06.

My question is, is Frontier brass considered good for reloading? My "google-ing" tells me Frontier was a company ran by Hornady that initially made remanufactured ammo from once fired military brass. Apparently they later went to outsourced new brass that still wore the "Frontier" stamp. If that's true then this could have been .30-06 cases at one time I assume. Should I use it or is it possibly a little on the weak side? Will it have different capacity if it was military brass? I guess I also need someone to school me in the history of Frontier ammo.

Frontier Cartridge Company Inc., Grand Island, NE 68801

You can allways fill it with water to see the capacity but I dont think its military.
