You may find that you end up with a tool or tackle box to carry all the doodads. Of course, not period correct, but will keep the lube, etc, from soaking into your gear. You will want nipple wrench, pick, small plastic/rubber faced hammer, syringe for bore butter, bore butter itself, powder measure or emplty cartridge case so you don't load directly from the flask, dowel for seating caps, balls, wads...

Go to Wal-Mart and get the Plano 8600 tackle box, green with a beige top,it opens up with a tray top on each side.It has room under the trays for large objects like bottles of powder, and tools. The trays have small compartments for all the little tools and gadgets you collect and use.
