Desert Eagle: 32.5 grains H110 or W296, Speer 325 Uni-Cor hollow point, magnum primer.
34.5 grains H110 or W296, Speer or IMI 300 grain soft point or hollow point, magnum primer.
23.5 grains AA#9, Speer 325 grain Uni-Cor hollow point, magnum primer. This one is a little easier on the hands & wrist, cycles the action reliably, and the empties don't bounce off your forehead as is common with the above full power H110/W296 loads.

Freedom Arms M555: 30.0 grains H110 or W296, cast 350 grain SWC w/gas check, magnum primer. I've never felt the need to experiment any further, as this load will often put all five into three inches, or a tad less, at 100 yards from a good rest with a 2x Leupold scope, and very, very seldom breaks the four inch mark.
