I have to say I've had a similar experience. I ordered a catalog several months ago and have received one single page flyer that had no useful products for sale. I've written them off my list of dealers. There are so many good dealers I don't need to try to court one if they don't want to put a little effort into it.

Their e-commerce capabilities are a little on the light weight side.

On the positive side, their prices on primers are better than I can find locally.
