CVA 1851 .31 Steel Frame

Edit: Meant to say it is a .36 caliber, not a .31. Is this worth $100 or does it look like it's got too much rust on it? I was thinking of adding it to the collection. I am not a fan of CVA rifles and didn't even know they made revolvers. But for $100 I am thinking about it.

Being a steel framed .36 Cal 1861 Navy, probably made by Armi San Marco for CVA in the late 1980s, it would be worth $100. Although it could be an Armi San Paulo (Euroarms) which would make it worth a little more.

Would be interested in what other markings are on it to pin down actual manufacturer and date.

A hunnert bucks for a serviceable 1861 clone? I'd be all over it, no matter who made it.

It'd have to be pretty bad for me to pass up on it for $100. Heck, I like 'em with a good patina so the rust isn't an issue at all unless we're talking real deep pitting or something that destroys it's function.

Yep - $100 ain't worth what it once was. I'd pay it for that gun.

the price is right. You could probably even make $50 on it, if you change your mind later and don't want it.

No way! With that worn finish, it could almost pass as an original at first glance, I think it looks great. Send it to me!
