Savage 212 - Needs a GOOD Scope

Sighted in my 212 slug gun today...or at least tried to. I was using Hornady SST loads, didn't have any Rem accutips available at the time. I would get it within 2" at 100yds, then shot after shot would be moving POI on me by at least an 1". 10 rounds later at $2.50 a round I said F it lol.

I have my Bushnell 3-9x40 on it. Cheap scope that came on a 22-250

What scope and ring package should I get to withstand the recoil of this thing? Total price can't exceed $250.

Thanks!
