For the press you might want to look at the Lee Classic Cast press with the 50 BMG Kit. I have the press and I like it but I don't do 50BMG

The least expensive press/die combo is the Lee @ $170. new brass is pretty much limited to CBC or WCC. You can get the WCC primed for ~$150/100.

H50BMG is a good powder or go with WC860 pull down. Pull down powder was going for ~$50/jug. Realize that a jug only does 200 rounds or so. ~ 25 rounds per lb of powder.

Amax can be had for ~$42/box of 20, seems to be the best all around bullet for target shooting. Lots of other stuff out there from 647g ball to 800g solids.

Primers CCI # 35 have been hard to find, but I hear that they are back in stock most places now. ~$150/500.

For tools I have a chamfer tool, primer pocket uniformer, and lee case trimmer. I also got a RCBS thrower that will do 240g charges. That is about the minimum to get going.

MTM 12 ga trays work for holding the 50BMG.

I have loaded the 50 BMG with great results using the lee kit. May I suggest the trimmer, and factory crimp die also. You'll be glad you did. I used both the Barnes 750 and the Hornady AMAX 750. The Hornady's are a bit cheaper, but I like the Barnes the best. I also use the H50BMG and the CCI 35. Be careful if you buy the Barnes bullets. They make a Bore Rider bullet for a special throated rifle. You need the ones for the standard if you don't have a competition custom bore rider gun.
