Vihtavouri's manual is available from Sinclair.
If the manual from Lapua is still published, and if Kaltron Pettibone is still the distributor, you may be able to purchase a manual from K-P. They don't have a website that I'm aware of but can be reached at (630) 350-1116. RWS manuals are sometimes available from the Old Western Scrounger. You'll need German for anything beyond data. Norma has sometimes published pamphlets. I've found these as freebies at Norma dealers. Vectan/SNPE does publish a manual in English. I've never seen it offered here in the States. Finally, you might want a copy of Nick Harvey's manual. Australian, not European. These can be had through Hawk Bullets. Bob |

Thanks BOB,
I have Vihtavouri's#3 USA manual, would like to find a copy of the European manual. I already have nick's book. RWS is a manual I'm looking for. Would love to find Vectan manual, doesn't have to be in english. thanks again Bob. Mark |

You can try www.abe.com for used books. There is a copy of Vihtavouri's reloading manual printed in Finland that I found:
http://dogbert.abebooks.com/abe/BookDetails?bi=71239690 $7.50 + shipping.

I note that Rex Powder (Hungarian, I think) has a freebie pamphlet available through Graf & Sons.
