Northern California IDPA/IPSC competitions - November

Scores are submitted to the national headquarters where they are tallied to show how the competitor fared compared to all shooters throughout the world who took part in the match. im guessing not alot of people shoot open and limited in california

Actually, quite a few. There's just no legal route to start shooting in those divisions if you didn't have the gear before the ban.
