makarov trigger;

Hope someone can give me advice on a makarov trigger,
arsenal model, trigger was very tight/hard single action
pull,normal break-in dident help so I did smooth the sear
just enough that pull is right for me however there remains
a lot of creep before break.I see no way to change this with
out some major overall to trigger bar,my skills are limited.
