Body Armor & MICH Helmet

Hey guys I'm new to this thread and was wondering if someone could help me out.

I live in Massachusetts (unfortunately) and I'm looking to get a United Spec Ops Ballistic Helmet online. The website says some products have restrictions in some states, and from that I'm guessing that MA is one of them. The thing is though, I do have 2 Interceptor vests with kevlar inserts and SAPI plates, also a MICH helmet. I got these from another website. I'm just wondering what will happen if I do order this product from this particular website? And what are the laws in MA about these products?

Thanks guys!
