Fire forming a 45-70 to make a cartridge for my rifle

I am trying to work up a cartridge for my old german bolt action rifle. I have cast the chamber and it is an odd one the closest i can make out is it could be a 10.5x47r. I trimmed down a 45 70 case and reworked the rim so that it will chamber. I need to form the case but case forming dies are not available. I have read about the CoW method but they al mention using pistol powder. I am going to use black powder in this round and i only all i have is triple 7 pyrodex and som 3130. what would be a good starting load with one of these powders.
