Archery deer season has opened here where I live and I would really like to insert into my hunting area using my mountain bike. It is quiet and relatively scent free. The only problem is, I do not know how to carry a bow and ride it at the same time. Does anybody know how to mount a bow rack to a bicycle. All ideas welcome.
Thanks

Thought about a trailer? IIRC, the other side in the SE asia wargames would strap the cargo to the frame of the bike and push'em to their destination. I assume they'd ride'em back. You could reverse the process. I have had several times where a trailer would have helped immensely.

Check some magazines, I know ive seen a bow rack for a mountain bike. It might have even been a mount from an ATV. Might want to give the cycle shop a call and see if they can hook you up.

I haven't tried it but...I would leave my bow/arrows etc. in my camo carrying case and sew carrying straps to the case. The case would then go on my back for the ride in and possibly all the way to the stand.
