powder for a ar15 in .223
Ive had great success with H335 in my ar. my local shop is getting out of the reloading end of things and is out of H335, any suggestion as to another powder to try? One that meters well through a Lee Auto Disk setup?

If you've liked H335 then you've got to try TAC. Serious, I heard so much hype about it over on AR15.com for so long, and when I finally tried it in my AR I figured out why. I've actually come to like it a lot better than H335, and round here I can still get it for like $13.95 a lb! Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Depends on your bullet weight. TAC is a good powder with bullets at 55 grains and up. Below 55 grains, if you like the Ramshot powders, you may find that X-Terminator is better.

I have used all of these with great results at one time or another:

being a newb reloader... TAC meters well? The H335 metered very well, within .1-.2gn at the most.
