new brass resizing
Can I assume that new brass doesnt need resizing?

You know what is said about "assume", ass-u-me. So therefore I resize all new case's to make sure they are all uniform.

OK. Thanks boys. I will resize, deburr, chamfer. Im loading 26 gr varmint grenades for a .204 ruger cz american.

Quite the opposite -- it's not a "maybe" or a "could be", it's definite: You will need to size new brass. You probably won't need to trim, but measure for length after you size the brass. May not need to chamfer or deburr, but you need to size them.
Most rifle brass I've ever seen sold as new has out-of-round necks anyhow. It's pretty obvious when you look at them.
