I, too, love and swear by the UpLula loaders for 9mm, .40 and .45's.

Lemme ask you guys a question regarding loading .22LR mags. I bought the Baby UpLula but to my dismay it doesn't work (fit) on my .22 Kimber mags NOR on my .22 Sig conversion kit mags.

Any tricks you have for loading up .22 mags without doing it manually?
Is there a special instrument you use to slip into the slit on the side of the mags to push down the follower, perhaps, so you can 'drop' the round in?

I love mine! The fit on a Glock 21 mag is a little snug but it still works out great. At work when it comes to active shooter training and CQB, loading M9 mags with simunitions can be a real pain since there is a shoulder near the front of the ogive that makes loading these mags an exceptional PITA! I bring in my Uplula loader and I can load about 3 to 1 mags with sims compared to loading them by hand and can outdo the HKS loaders the squadron bought at about 2 to 1. Love this thing!!!

They're wonderful little loaders and I use mine all the time. But, I never noticed the little lockup which I accidentally engaged and couldn't get the damned thing open. Fortunately, I discovered my error. Remember, when all else fails, read the directions.

I need to give a shout out to Dennis Stinett at [email protected] - I bought two of the UpLula loaders which he converted to work on the (larger) .22LR mags, and which he also engraved for me (!) and they are just TERRIFIC. My .22LR Kimber and Sig P226 .22LR conversion mags are smiling!
Fair pricing and rapid shipping. Two thumbs up!
