GLI45, they offered to fix it. I wound up selling it to a guy who wanted it even after full disclosure of the problems.

ranburr - That's amazing. Sorry you had that experience with STI because that's so unusual. All my STIs have performed like thoroughbreds. I guess the occasional lemon doesn't just come from Detroit. At least they offered to fix it, but maybe an offer to replace it would have been more appropriate.
