Hart Plier Type Bullet Puller
Does anyone on this forum have any experience with the bullet puller described in this link: http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpag...eitemid=428098. I have the RCBS collet-style bullet puller I use in my single stage press but it doesn't do a very good job on lead. I need it to remove lead bullets from 9mm cartridges. I have a kinetic bullet puller but am looking for a better option. Thanks in advance.

D. Manley,
Yes, I did see those two reviews-just didn't mention it in the post. Light duty puller? Do 9mm bullets require a heavy duty puller?

Seems to me the Hart type are a little pricey for what you get. I'd opt for the collet type myself backed up with a kinetic. The HORNADY CAM-LOCK is sale priced at $17.99 and even with the $7.99 collet added in, it's only $4.99 more than the aluminum pliers and a lot more tool.

D. Manley,
I read all of the reviews on this one(Hornady)-generally all good. The only problem: this one doesn't work on lead bullets per two of the reviewers. But thanks for trying to help.

I think anything you use on lead bullets (other than a kinetic) is going to bugger them up pretty good.

D Manley,
You are correct. However, lead bullets are a lot cheaper than the alternative at this time.
