I'd like to try my hand at removing
the trigger creep on my Colt series
70 government model.
Your advice is appreciated.

Sport, you're probably going to think I'm not a very good one. I don't give advise on trigger work. This is an area that I believe is best left to a gunsmith. George

Fortunately, my 70 Series G.C. has no creep. Has a great trigger. I've adjusted all the overtravel out, as well. Wish I could help with the Government model, but George is right about the creep on the 1911. Go to a competent 1911 gunsmith.
