Does anyone know??

I recently picked up a savage MkII FV and it has an older Bushnell sportchief target dot 3x9 scope mounted on it(serial # 98985) the optics are clear and I had no trouble zeroing it at 50 yds and was shooting .5 inch groups all touching
What I would like to know is what was its date of manufacture? What the click value on the elevation and windage is? What is the paralax set at on this scope as it is not an AO, thanks in advance
ELMO
