I came home last night and on the porch was a box with a brand new 550 dillon press that they sent me for FREE! Not to many companys that stand behind there product like that!!

Dillon Great Company!!!

In the last 2 years I have had a part here and there break on one or the other of my Twin SDB's. Call them on the phone tell them the issue, item is in the mailbox about 3-4 days later AT NO COST. Also got latest Manuals that show two areas to apply a small amount of grease to that was not in the original manual. My two presses have always worked very well and continue to work GREAT! 1000% Satisfaction!

I have been a Big Blue customer since 1993 and in those years since they have shipped out free replacement parts when needed. It hasn't been that often but they send them without any questions. I love Dillon maybe that is why over 90% of my reloading equipment is BLUE.

However I have to put a plug in for RCBS. Last month I stuck a case in one of their dies. In the process of extracting the brass I broke the decapping rod and neck sizer. I made a real mess. I sent an email to RCBS and I had a free replacement in less than a week.

Sure sorry to hear about the fire Lloyd. I knew Dillon customer service was good but, wow! That Mike Dillon sets the standards that the others can't live up to.

I have bad luck with RCBS warranty, they always turn me down for broken die parts...but their stuff is still good. I'll continue to buy from both companies.

I don't own a Dillon press, but will tip my hat to a company that treats its customers so well. Kudos to Dillon and congratulations to its customers on their choice of a supplier who cares so much about providing an excellent customer experience.
