l just wanted to report back on my experence with springfield armory customer service. The rear sight on my 1911 loaded came lose (came off). as suggested i sent it back to SA. I got it back in 9buseness days with a new sight installed.

Like I said... they'll get it back to you in less than 2 weeks. Pretty good turn around eh?
