Lock Stock & Barrel software?

Does anyone know what happened to this reloading software program?
It used to work fairly well for me.
Any recommendations as a replacement? What is your favorite?

I don't know. I've still got a copy I picked up on Commercial Row at Camp Perry one year. Ran on Windows 3.1, IIRC, but I haven't used it for quite awhile? It was a one-man-show, AFAIK.
