I have 2 balance beam and 1 digital scale. For the last 12 or so years I've been using an RCBS RC-130 exclusively for powder charges. It only weighs up to 131 grs. and it has been spot-on with very good accuracy. It has a plastic base so it's fairly inexpensive, however, it's also triple poised, magnetically dampened and has agate bearings. The only way I would replace it would be with REDDING's #2 scale that has +/- 1/20th of a grain accuracy. The digital and the other 500 gr. scales are only used for weighing bullets.

RCBS 1010

I started out with a Hornady GS1500 digital scale and eventually lost confidence in it. I asked the competitive long range shooters at my range and they all agreed that electronic scales will eventually let you down. One swore that his cell phone interfered with it. Several endorsed the RCBS 1010.

I finally decided that gravity was more reliable than electronics so about six months ago I went with an RCBS 1010. I have not regret it. It is totally reliable. On a rare occasion I use the electronic one for confirmation.
